Allow players to own a part of the Metaverse, within which, they can customize it to their liking with digital assets that want to include, such as making their home, their business, their entertainment center and all of this is fully monetizable for the owner of the land .

In the future, players will be able to combine LANDS to form STATES.

The lands will be NFTs and thus the entire universe of SAIBA CITY will be divided, they can be freely trade in the Marketplace.

There will be also open slots, such road or parks, so that all users can interact with each other.
